Before School Care
Before School Care is available for all pupils. The Care facility starts at 8am every day and accepts children who have already had their breakfast but whose parents/carers may need an earlier start to the school day. Please book your child in at the school office and pay for the session in advance via ParentPay. Pupils can be dropped off at the main school entrance any time after 8am, the entrance bell can be rung to alert staff. Staff will ensure your child is kept active with games, craft, reading and outside games. They are then escorted to the playground at 8.40am. The facility costs £2.50 per pupil per session.
After School Care
After School Care is available for all pupils. The pupils will have access to classroom facilities and be engaged in art, craft, quizzes, reading and outside games. Pupils will have opportunity to complete their homework if necessary. A healthy snack and drink will be offered which will alter throughout the week.
The facility operates from the end of the school day at 3.15pm and runs until 5.30pm. There are two sessions available. The first session will run from 3.15pm until 4.15pm and the second session from 4.15pm until 5.30pm. If your child is engaged in an after school club which finishes at 4.00pm, and they then attend After School Care they will only be charged for the second session rather than both. However, if you book your child into After School Care for the first session only but are unable to collect them until 4.30pm you will be charged for the second session.
