The school operates a House System. There are four Houses, all named after significant landmarks or areas in and around Blockley. Each House has its colour and a special banner designed and made by the children in that House.
We always keep children in a family in the same house so that support within families is not split! Children are awarded House points for a variety of reasons which can include good work, particular effort, helpfulness, kindness to others and demonstrating our value of the term. Team House points are also awarded at the termly House Tournaments and on Sports Day at the end of the school year. Each week totals are announced at the Sharing Assembly and the House Cup is awarded each week to the winning House. Two house captains representing each house are elected each year from the Y6 pupils.
