Hello Class One

Hello Class One,

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter Holiday and the Easter Bunny managed to visit your house. We had a visit from the Easter Bunny, he left the children some chocolates around the garden to find, Arthur wasn’t too sure what he was looking for but his big sister helped him and he certainly enjoyed a little taste of white chocolate.

The weather has been lovely, I know most of you have been out in your gardens or going on your daily walk and soaking in the sunshine. Please remember to put on sun lotion and wear a hat to keep you sun safe.

You will see that this week there are some extra areas of learning for you to complete. I have adjusted the Timetable slightly so you know what you should be doing however, if you have any queries please contact me on our class one email address.

Don’t forget to check Mr Jones vlog on the Physical Activity and Well Being page for ideas on keeping fit and staying healthy.

Please keep washing your hands and stay safe.

Thought of the Day

This term we are thinking about the importance of treating others with respect even if we sometimes do not agree with the way they behave or the things they say. We have also been thinking about how we should treat the things that belong to us and to other people respectfully.
• Think of some practical ways that you show respect to each other in your family.
• Often we show respect to someone by the way we speak to them.  What does this mean in practice?
• Do you treat one another’s possessions with respect? What does this mean in practice?
